William is an industrial designer focused on empathetic and efficient solutions for users and manufacturers.

William’s hands-on experience as a mechanic and fabricator for world famous fine artists and high end architecture firms paired with his organizational experience as a furniture engineer at West Elm and project manager in multiple design-build studios has equipped him with an extensive skill set as a designer.

He strives to create simple solutions to complex problems, whether it’s supporting the design and fabrication of fine art for Anish Kapoor, architecture for high end clients, coordinating mass manufacturing of furniture pieces for West Elm, or teaching students woodworking.

During his free time, William is researching and building things that get him outside. From fly fishing to bikepacking, William enjoys the outdoors and testing his handmade gear (see slideshow below).
